The mission of Fremont Street Nursery is to provide quality childcare within the financial reach of families, which is safe, secure, and educationally appropriate for each child’s needs and development.

We are opened Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m

Our Classes

Art Class

True creativity emerges when core skills are mastered and paired with original thought. The Fremont Nursery art program helps children build essential tools, and confidence to express themselves creatively.

Music Therapy

The program features certified professionals who use music in a clinical, evidence-based manner. It is designed specifically for children ages 2–12, supporting growth through musical engagement.

Sports Fitness

Our soccer and basketball programs are powerful vehicles for the positivity. It addresses childhood obesity and sedentary lifestyles. We implement an encouraging physical fitness program.

Gardening

Fremont Street Nursery has a children's garden on the premises. With the assistance from Master Gardner Association, the children learn to plant and harvest fruits and vegetables.

Ms. Skye

Meet Ms. Skye

Four Year Old Classroom

Ms. Skye is the Lead Teacher in our four-year-old classroom and also serves as our Brightwheel Coordinator. She has been a valued member of the Fremont family for the past two and a half years. During that time, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication and growth, earning a well-deserved promotion to Brightwheel Coordinator.

Ms. Skye is a hardworking and passionate educator who is committed to ensuring that each child develops the skills and confidence needed for success in elementary school and beyond. She is also currently continuing her education to further enhance her teaching skills and bring even more knowledge and creativity into the classroom.

We are proud to have her as part of the Fremont team!



Our Services

Nutritional Meals

Breakfast, lunch and a afternoon snack is prepared by our Kitchen Manager and served daily. All food is CACFP approved.

Children Assessments

Children are assessed in the Spring and Fall using the LAP and PALS assessments. This ensures each child has age appropriate skills.

Learning Through Play

Through play, children learn a set of skills: social skills, creativity, hand-eye coordination, problem solving, and imagination.

Providing Loving Care

Providing consistent and loving care the teachers strengthen their relationship with the children they care for and build a strong bond.

How to Enroll Step by Step

  • Application

    This includes emergency forms, Parent Handbook agreement, field trip permission and photo release. A current physical, immunization record and birth certificate are also required.

  • Tour

    Request a tour of Fremont Street Nursery. The Director will gladly show you the classrooms, meet the teachers and sit down with your family to answer any questions you may have.

  • Admission

    After completing the packet an enrollment start date will be given to you, if spaces are available. If there are not any available, you can request to be added to the waiting list.

Upcoming Events

We are excited to share some of the wonderful things happening at Fremont!

Our Annual Turkey Giveaway will be held on November 20th, providing meals to some of the most in-need families within our daycare community. On that same day, we’ll also enjoy a Thanksgiving meal with the children for lunch, sharing in gratitude and fellowship together.

We’re also preparing for our Annual Event – Christmas at Fremont, which will take place on December 19th. Each classroom will be transformed into a festive Christmas activity room, and Santa will make a special visit! Every child will have the opportunity to select a toy of their own.

In addition, our children continue to enjoy a variety of weekly enrichment activities, including music therapy, art, Unique Hoops Lil Ballers basketball, Soccer Shots, and gardening.
